“Pilier was responsive to my request for an estimate and offered a reasonable price for work to be done.When the stone we selected was discovered to have a certain area of defect Luis contacted us to see if we were ok with it and aware. We were not and arrangements were made by purchasing another stone elsewhere and it was then brought to Pilier for fabrication. There was good follow up communication during the process and care was taken to make sure the work was done exactly as we predetermined.

Johan and the team were very efficient and professional. I was also impressed that Johan was very willing and happy to make a second visit to my house to take measurements when I changed my mind about what I wanted midway through the process.
